  • Youth GK Group Training

    Curriculum covers basic techniques and basic tactics of goalkeeping, an introduction to the psychology of goalkeeping, and custom gear-fitting.

    Training will be held on the water-based turf at Skidmore College. Thursdays 6:30-8p for four weeks.

    Grades 4-8.

  • U16 Group Training

    Curriculum covers technical and tactical of high-level hockey; psychology of goalkeeping, and introduction to goalkeeper-specific fitness training. One session per week will be 50% hockey training, 50% agility / explosiveness / stability.

    Training will be held on the water-based turf at Skidmore College. Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6:30-8p for four weeks.

    Grades 9 & 10

  • U19 GK Group Training

    Curriculum covers technical and tactical of high-level hockey; psychology of goalkeeping, and introduction to goalkeeper-specific fitness training. One session per week will be 50% hockey training, 50% agility / explosiveness / stability.
