We designed this event to give goalkeepers a taste of what Ultimate Defender Camp is like, touching on each major element of a camp day. We dive right in with an hour of goalkeeper specific fitness and agility training, followed by a session on mental performance skills. Application of MPSs will be reinforced throughout the day. In the third hour, we transition to on-field training with mastery of fundamental technical skills and will challenge keepers to link these skills together in high paced, dynamic multi-ball situations. After lunch, we will focus on application of skills to specific game scenarios emphasizing decision making. The day wraps up with a segment of our leadership development program.
Open to all GKs ages 12-19.

This pre-showcase tune-up clinic will teach the mental skills used to get focused, stay focused, and perform at your peak - especially when all eyes are on you. Mental skills will be drilled in competitive situations that require expert execution of technical skills and advanced decision making. A portion of the session will be allotted for GKs to ask questions and receive coaching on specific skills and tactics that they would like to work on.
*Curriculum designed for goalies with two or more years of training. It is recommended that participants have a solid grasp of fundamental skills and are ready to learn about the tactical application of skills and situational decision making. Geared toward keepers ages 13+.
Open to all GKs ages 13-19.
